At this current uncertain time we are oftern stood thanking the NHS, teachers, post officers and emergency service workers. All of the front line staff, but have you ever stopped to also thank yourself. Thank yourself for continuing to live your life to the best you can even though its hard and to remeber that it's okay to have bad days, days where you don't want to get out of bed. It's okay to not be okay.
Search for the hero inside yourself and be proud of yourself for being strong, for being patient. Thank yourself for not giving up because a barrier was put up because one day that barrier will be pushed down and you will be able to create a new normality and create a life even better than the one you were already living.
Take this time to appreciate what you had once taken for granted and create those goals you want to reach for when your back to the lifestyle you want to live.
Don't let this set back change what you want your end goal to be. Don't change your story because you are affraid of what might happen. Stay safe. Keep happy. Look out for others.
'Don't count the days, make the days count'
We can and we will get through this to become stronger and better people
Stay positive- Jess
